Ezma, S.A. was present at the last edition of Barcelona Tecnologías Alimentarias (Barcelona Food Technologies).
As per the current trend in Ezma production lines, it presented the new packaging handling system with a built-in Special Palletizing Robot.
The equipment presented makes it possible to place thermo-sealed trays in baskets before autoclave sterilization and empty the baskets and feed them to the labeling line or warehouse.
The advantage of the system is the complete automation of the process which optimizes the processes: higher production, more security, equipment autonomy, low maintenance, easy handling and a good cost-production ratio. |
