Ezma offers its customers the possibility of implementing Hygienic Design in its processing lines based on EHEDG parameters and regulations. (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group)

The goal of hygienic design is to reduce or eliminate the risk that there may be a source of contamination for food, as well as facilitate cleaning and disinfection and contribute to the conservation and maintenance of production equipment.

During 2016/2017 and in collaboration with one of our customers we have designed and manufactured a process line following the hygienic design standard EHEDG; Improving the engineering and hygienic design during the different stages of processing and packaging of food products, we can guarantee the Food Safety , increasing the quality and added value of the final product.
